• The FCC has approved Synergy Medias acquisition of FM translator W254BL 98.7 Manistee from Horizon Christian Fellowship for $3,200 plus the forgiveness of unpaid tower rent. The application states the translator, which is currently silent, would rebroadcast Synergy's WMLQ FM 97.7 Manistee.

• Also approved by the FCC was the transaction between Heartland Communications, the company that owns WIKB-FM/AM 99.1/1230 Iron River, and NorthStar Properties, LLC worth $700,000 that involved a partial sale and also involved a number of stations in northern Wisconsin.

• No notable activity for March 8.
