• After having a major change application dismissed that involved changing the station's community of license and both daytime and nighttime location, Birach Broadcasting's WCXI AM 1160 Fenton has been granted a construction permit to change to two-site operations; if the permit is completed the station will operate during the daytime from Oakland County near Wixom with its nighttime operation remaining unchanged in Genesee County near Fenton. The new daytime facility would use a 3-tower array with 15,000 watts with night operations remaining at 1,000 watts with its current 2-tower array. The station would remain licensed to Fenton.

• WNMU-FM translator W297AE 107.3 Stephenson has applied to move to FM 96.7 due to the sign on of WUPF FM 107.3 in the area.

• No notable activity for April 6 - 9.
