• Trinity Broadcasting has taken low power TV station W18BT (analog Ch. 18) Alpena off the air and applied for temporary authority to remain silent. According to the application, the "Licensee has temporarily shut down broadcast operation of W18BT, Alpena, Michigan, due to a reduction in local support which we believe is associated with the national transition from analog to digital broadcasting. The station anticipates completion of a market analysis to determine the viability and level of local support or the alternative possibility of a sale of the station. In the interim we respectfully request special temporary authority to remain dark.

• No notable activity for April 21.
