• Low power religious TV station WDWO-CA Detroit has applied for a flash cut which, if approved by the FCC, will allow the station to change from analog to digital operations on Channel 18. WDWO is owned/operated by TCT Ministries, Inc.
• Educational Media Foundation's FM translator in Mason (95.3, W237BY) was granted its license to cover for minor changes (ERP from 27 watts @ 233 feet to 19 watts @ 308 feet).
• Another EMF translator was granted its license to cover for minor changes- W239AU 95.7 Webberville has moved to 95.9 as W240CG. Both W240CG and W237BY carry EMF's contemporary Christian 'Air 1' programming.
