• FM translator W236BK 95.1 Forest Hills was granted remain silent authorization; it is in the process of being sold to WYGR LLC by Horizon Christian Fellowship.

• Trinity Broadcasting has taken analog LPTV station W66BV Ch. 66 Detroit off the air and applied for temporary authority to remain silent. According to the application, the "Licensee has temporarily shut down broadcast operation of W66BV, Detroit, Michigan, due to a reduction in local support which we believe is associated with the national transition from analog to digital broadcasting. The station anticipates completion of a market analysis to determine the viability and level of local support or the alternative possibility of a sale of the station. In the interim we respectfully request special temporary authority to remain dark."

• FM translator W284BQ 104.7 Warren has been granted a construction permit to change its location within southern Macomb County and increase power from 10 to 50 watts. The translator is currently silent.

• No notable activity for April 28.
