Grand Rapids Press:

Ray Bentley is hitting the airwaves -- again. WBBL-FM (107.3) has announced the addition of the Hudsonville native and veteran broadcaster to its staff. Bentley, 49, will start as a frequent guest of the "Bakita & Grey" morning show and "The Huge Show" in the afternoon. He'll also will appear on "The Kevin Matthews Morning Show" on WLAV-FM (96.9). Bentley's role from there is expected to expand in the future, especially when the football season starts. "It will define itself as it goes," Bentley said. "Initially, I'll be a third wheel. I'll be spread around, and then we'll figure out what works best." Bentley is no stranger to the West Michigan airwaves. Following a seven-year NFL career, he began his broadcasting career with WOOD radio in 1994. He also has worked as an analyst for ESPN's college football broadcasts, the Arena Football League on NBC, NFL on Fox and Buffalo Bills preseason games for the Bills Television Network... Broadcasting veteran and former NFL player Ray Bentley joins WBBL-FM (Wed, 5/19)
