Saginaw News:

As soon as Barry Baker stepped on the grounds last summer at the Midland Center for the Arts, he knew there were two stories in the making there: The Michigan Jazz Trail Festival he brought crews to shoot, and the closing concert featuring Bay City native Kevin Cole. This weekend, viewers can see both on Channel 19, WDCQ: an encore broadcast of "Michigan Jazz Trail Festival" at 7 p.m. Saturday, and "Matrix:Midland Presents Kevin Cole: One Night Only" at 7 p.m. Sunday. It's just part of the musical programming bringing a close to the pledge drive at Delta College's public television station.

"When Molly McFadden, who is a professional jazz singer herself, started talking about putting together a day-long festival in Midland that would eventually link to a trail of jazz festivals around the state, I was interested," said Baker, WDCQ's general manager... Delta College public TV adds to its jazz lineup (Fri, 12/3)
