• New low-power digital TV station WMNN-LD Ch. 26 Lake City has started over-the-air operations and has applied for its license to cover. The station, which serves the Cadillac area, operates on Ch. 14 but maps to Ch. 26 through PSIP. It is owned by Freelancer Television Broadcasting, Inc.

 

• A construction permit was granted for a new digital low-power television stations to DTV America II to be licensed to Midland on Channel 51 (W51ET-D).

 

• No notable activity for March 1.
