• The FCC's Audio Division has proposed the deletion of twenty vacant allotments in various communities across the country, including one for a potential Class A station at 103.9 Harrison. The vacant allotments were auctioned through the FCC's competitive bidding process and are considered unsold permits that were included in Auction 91. Interested parties should file comments with the FCC expressing an interest in the vacant allotments to prevent their removal. Moreover, interested parties must provide an explanation as to why they did not participate in the competitive bidding process. FCC Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (.pdf)
