Heritage Broadcasting and Dish Network have come to an agreement today that has restored CBS affiliates WWTV Ch. 9 / WWUP-TV Ch. 10 and FOX affiliate WFQX Ch. 32 to Dish's lineup for viewers in northern Michigan. Financial terms of the multi-year agreement were not released.
The service disruption raised the ire of many Dish subscribers in the region that were caught in the middle of a financial battle between the two companies that blacked out CBS and FOX programming for nearly a week, including Sunday's National Football League broadcasts.
