Martz to add Bubba the Love Sponge to it's Detroit modern rocker, possibly relaunch smooth jazz on 92.7

The FM translators owned by Tim Martz are in the news today with word that modern rocker 'The Bone', heard on FM 94.3 (W232CA) and on FM 107.5 HD3 (WGPR-HD3) will add the syndicated 'Bubba The Love Sponge' show in morning drive starting next Wednesday, January 11th.

In other Detroit translator news, Martz' Smooth jazz 'The Oasis', currently only heard over-the-air at FM 107.5 HD2, looks to be preparing a return to the analog airwaves on a recently acquired and relocated translator that will take to the air from Macomb county on FM 92.7. The Oasis was previously heard on FM 104.7 but was forced off the air by the FCC due to interference concerns with Toledo's WIOT-FM 104.7 last fall.
