• Midwest Communications FM translator W238CD 95.5 Camden (rebroadcasts WTVB AM 1590 Coldwater) has been granted a construction permit to modify its broadcast location from east of Coldwater near Quincy to just south of Coldwater and increase its tower height which will improve the translator's coverage area. The station's community of license will also change from Camden to Coldwater.
• Low power TV station WLPC-LD Ch. 40 Detroit has been granted its license to cover. The station had previously operated on analog Ch. 26, then moved temporarily to Ch. 38 before leaving the air last year while its digital facilities were constructed. The station has been reported as being back on-air and receivable to those in the Detroit area with outdoor antennas.
