• Daystar television's low power TV station WUDT-CA Ch. 23 Detroit was granted a construction permit to flash cut to digital operations on physical channel 23. The station has been operating a digital companion channel on physical channel 8 and used to operate its analog station on Ch. 23.


• Radio Assist Ministry was granted licenses to cover for changes to two FM translators licensed to Alpena: W227CB 93.3 (power from 10 to 242 watts from a new location west of Alpena) and W270AY 101.9 (power from 10 to 250 watts from the same location as W227CB). In addition, W227CB was granted a construction permit to change to frequency to 103.9 as W280EF and increase power to 250 watts from still another new location.
