Detroit's WMYD Ch. 20 suffering from extended outage
MyNetworkTV WMYD-TV Ch. 20 Detroit has been noted off the air for much of today, March 22nd. The reason for the surprisingly lengthy outage is not immediately clear.
The outage does not appear to be affecting the other TV stations (WWJ-TV Ch. 62, WTVS-TV Ch. 56, WUDT-CA Ch. 23) that also broadcast from the same tower. The outage affects both Ch. 20.1 and Ch. 20.2. At least some cable providers are also affected- Comcast is displaying blue 'technical difficulty screens for Ch 20.1, both SD and HD, and Ch. 20.2.
