• Low power TV station WHNE-LD Ch. 26 Flint has been granted a construction permit to change to Channel 20, relocate its antenna from near Holly to Southfield with a directional antenna that would give the station over-the-air coverage over much of Metro Detroit. The station would no longer be easily viewed in Flint. WHNE-LD is currently affiliated with RetroTV, Jewelry TV, America One, and Tuff TV on various subchannels.

• West Central Michigan Media Ministries has applied for Remain Silent Authority for its recently acquired WKKM FM 90.7 Harrison. WCMMM intends to relocate the station's antenna upon the grant of a modification application that has been filed with the FCC. Until the move is complete, the station will remain off the air.
