WHFB BROADCAST ASSOCIATES LIMITED PARTNERSHIP is selling Country WHFB-F (REAL COUNTRY 99.9)/BENTON HARBOR, MI-SOUTH BEND, IN to DOUGLAS ROAD RADIO, INC. for $20,000. With the assignment of an option to buy the station from SCHURZ COMMUNICATIONS' WSBT, INC., the latter will end its time brokerage agreement to program the station.
