More changes are coming to CBS Top 40 WDZH (98.7 AMP RADIO)/DETROIT. Last month saw the arrival of midday host ROXANNE from crosstown CITADEL Hot AC WDVD. Now comes word that APD/MD/afternoon jock GROOVES is leaving the station mid-month; thus the search begins for his replacement.

MNEXTMEDIA Country WCEN/SAGINAW is giving away a free year of college tuition. PD JOBY PHILLIPS tells ALL ACCESS that the station is spending the month of JUNE qualifying listeners to play "ARE YOU SMARTER THAN A MOOSE," for a year of free tuition at MID-MICHIGAN COMMUNITY COLLEGE.
