Canadian regulators agree to CBC/Radio-Canada's plan to end analog broadcasting
620 analog transmitters for CBC/Radio-Canada television stations are in their final days of operation as the CRTC has agreed with a plan to end analog broadcasts across Canada. English language CBC and French language Radio-Canada analog transmitters will be turned off on July 31st - affecting areas that border Michigan such as Windsor, Sarnia, and Sault Ste. Marie. Even larger cities such as London, ON will be affected and will no longer have their own over-the-air CBC or Radio-Canada stations.
