If you hear the sound of champagne corks popping at WXYZ-TV in Southfield, they're celebrating winning the Alfred I. DuPont/Columbia Award, the highest award in broadcast journalism, for the series "Wayne County Confidential: Government Run Amok."

Grand Rapids Press:

WKTV, the Wyoming-Kentwood community television station, will broadcast HOT-FM's New Year's Eve party. The live simulcast will be available to area Comcast subscribers on channel 24, and to AT&T U-Verse subscribers on channel 99.
