WGRY-FM/AM 101.1/1230 Roscommon/Grayling flips to Sports Talk

Blarney Stone Broadcasting has changed the formats of its recently acquired WGRY-FM 101.1 Roscommon and AM WGRY 1230 Grayling to Sports Talk using CBS Sports Radio. The stations also add play-by-play coverage for the Detroit Tigers and Detroit Red Wings.

WGRY-FM 101.1 was known as WQON with an Adult Contemporary format prior to Blarney Stone's purchase of the three station group from Gannon Broadcasting. WGRY 1230 had carried an Adult Standards format.

The company's other station, now known as WQON 'Q-100.3', also recently changed its format from Country to Rock and carries Detroit Pistons play-by-play.
