After a year's silence, WHFB-AM 1060 is expected to be back on the air in the Twin Cities by Sept. 1 under new ownership. Ric Federighi and his brothers, Marc and Scott Federighi, bought the station June 10 under the name Gerard Media in Michigan City, Ind., and Illinois. They are weighing programming decisions.
