- There are reports that WDTW AM 1310 Dearborn/Detroit, which had been silent since New Year's Day, was back on the air on Wednesday simulcasting Classic Rock WDTW-FM 106.7 for several hours. The station has since gone silent again, but the operations on Wednesday essentially 'reset the clock' for the station's license as it will now be able to remain silent for up to one year.
WDTW AM's broadcast towers were removed in the early part of this year from along I-94 east of Metro Airport and it remains unknown from where the station performed its temporary operation on Wednesday.
