3/2008: The Great Lakes Loons baseball club is acquiring FM 100.9 Pinconning from the Last Bastion Trust (Citadel) pending FCC approval and closing.
2/2008: Tim Woodson Ministries is acquring the construction permit for WXPZ FM 90.1 Clyde Twp (Allegan county) from Larlen Communications pending FCC approval and closing.
11/2007: Announced that Cumulus has applied to put WTWR FM 98.3 Luna Pier along with WXKR FM 94.5 Port Clinton, OH (both stations serve the Toledo, OH area) into a trust
controlled by Stratus Radio, LLC which will in turn sell the stations to third parties in order to comply with ownership limits.
8/2007: Announced that Cumulus has applied to put WBCK AM 930 Battle Creek into a trust controlled by Stratus Radio, LLC which will in turn sell the
station to an independent third party in order to comply with ownership limits.
12/2006: Cumulus is acquiring Ann Arbor stations WWWW-FM 102.9, WQKL-FM 107.1, WTKA AM 1050, and WLBY AM 1290 along with Battle Creek stations
WBXX-FM 95.3, WRCC-FM 104.9, WBCK AM 930, and WBFN AM 1400 from Clear Channel pending FCC approval and closing. Cumulus will then immediately donate
WBFN AM 1400 Battle Creek to Family Life Communications.
7/2006: Edgewater Broadcasting is acquiring the construction permit for WAQQ FM 88.3 Onsted, WJCQ FM 89.7 Jackson, and W205BZ Adrian from Great Lakes
Community Broadcasting pending FCC approval and closing.
6/2006: Edgewater Broadcasting is acquiring the construction permit for WKHN FM 88.1 Hubbard Lake from Great Lakes Community Broadcasting pending FCC
approval and closing.
4/2006: Edgewater Broadcasting is acquiring the construction permit for FM 89.7 Lake Odessa from Great Lakes Community Broadcasting pending FCC
approval and closing.
