• 1/2011: W67CS Sault Ste. Marie granted construction permit to flash-cut to digital operations on Ch. 28.
• 12/2008: Construction permit granted to W46CR Midland to build a digital-only station on Channel 24 as W24DL. The station had initially been granted a construction permit to move its analog operations to Channel 42, but it is not certain if the station ever operated on this channel. The station's new digital transmitter would be built near the Bay/Midland county line and it's heart-shaped coverage pattern could provide improved coverage of Midland, Bay City, and parts of Saginaw when compared to its old analog facility southwest of Midland.
• 5/2007: Construction permit granted to move W46CR Saginaw/Midland to channel 42 as W42DI. Station is moving due to sign-on of full-powered WBSF Channel 46 Bay City.
• 4/27/2000: License to cover granted for W48CL
• 12/9/1999: License granted to W46CR Saginaw/Midland
• 11/23/1999: W61BX Gd. Rapids granted a construction permit to move to channel 48 as W48CL
