- 10/2007: FCC approves sale of WFQX/WFUP to Cadillac Telecasting.
- 5/2007: Cadillac Telecasting agrees to aqcuire Fox affiliate WFQX-TV 33/WFUP-TV 45 (along with translator stations) from Rockfleet Broadcasting and will enter shared services agreement with Heritage Broadcasting whereby Heritage will operate the stations for Cadillac Telecasting.
