• 9/2010: Announced that W225BB 92.9 Battle Creek has been sold for $10,000 to Swick Broadcasting from Horizon Christian Fellowship pending FCC approval and closing. FCC approves sale in 10/2010.
• 9/2009: Swick Broadasting agreed to purchase FM translators W223AM 92.5 Bronson and W258AO 99.5 Hillsdale from Horizon Christan Fellowship for $30,000. Sale is approved in October, 2009.
• 6/2008: FCC approves Swick Broadcasting's acquisition of the stations owned by Lake Cities Broadcasting.
• 4/2008: Announced that Swick Broadcasting is acquiring the 5 stations owned by Lake Cities Broadcasting for $3.8 million pending FCC approval and closing. The two Michigan stations involved are WMSH FM 99.3 and WMSH AM 1230 Sturgis along with WTHD FM 105.5 LaGrange, IN, Pop WLKI FM 100.3 Angola, IN, and WLZZ FM 104.5 Montpelier, OH.
