  • 2/24/2000: FCC approves sale of 9th station from Liggett to Citadel (WFBE 95.1 Flint, operating under the name Rainbow Radio).
  • 2/17/2000: FCC approves sale of 8 stations from Liggett Broadcasting to Citadel Broadcasting (WJIM-AM 1240, WJIM-FM 97.5, WFMK-FM 99.1, and WITL-FM 100.7 Lansing, WVFN-AM 730 and WMMQ-FM 94.9 E. Lansing, WHNN-FM 96.1 Bay City, and WTCF-FM 100.5 Carrollton).
  • 2/1999: Announced that Liggett will be acquiring WSAQ-FM 107.1 and WHLS-AM 1450 Port Huron from Wismer Broadcasting.
