- 2004: WEYI-TV 25 Saginaw is sold to Barrington Broadcasting
- 5/2002: Channel 46 Muskegon and WOGC-CA 25 Holland begin simulcasting WOOD-TV 8 due to interference from digital TV station in Milwaukee, WI on channel 8. Ch. 46 is operating with special temporary authority; WOGC-CA moved from Grand Rapids and changed from simulcast of WXSP-CA
- 4/2002: FCC approves acquision of WEYI and WUPW
- 2/2002: Announced that LIN will be acquiring WEYI-TV and WUPW-TV from Sunrise TV
- 1/2002: LIN begins LMA on WEYI-TV 25 Saginaw and WUPW-TV 36 Toledo
- 2001: Licence for WOTV-TV 41 Battle Creek transferred from Channel 41 Inc to WOOD License Company (LIN TV)
