- 10/1/2010: WMTE AM 1340 goes silent.
- 12/2004: Roger Baerwolf dies; his family maintains ownership and management of the company.
- 4/2000: Announced that WXYQ-FM 101.5 Manistee is being purchased from Crystal Clear Communications for $300,000
