• 2006: Option to purchase WEFG-FM 97.5 is exercised by Citadel; FCC approves transaction.
• 9/28/2005: FCC approves sale of WLCS 98.3, WVIB 100.1, and WODJ 1490.
• 6/2005: FCC approval and closing still pending on sale of WEFG, WLCS, WVIB, and WUBR
• 6/2005: FCC approves acquistion of constrcution permit for WODJ-FM 92.5 Newaygo from Noordyk Broadcasting
• 11/2004: Construction permit for FM 92.5 Newaygo sold by Noordyk Broadcasting to Citadel Broadcasting pending FCC approval. The $3.8 million deal also involves WEFG-FM 97.5, WLCS-FM 98.3, WSHN-FM 100.1, and WUBR-AM 1490, all in the Muskegon area. Noordyk is keeping WSHN-AM 1550.
