• 10/2011: After a long process, Radio One completes the acquisition of an FM translator licensed to Hamtramck on 89.1, moves it to 99.9 and uses it to rebroadcast WCHB AM 1200 via WDMK 105.9 HD-2. The translator was previously owned by Best Media.
• 6/25/2005: Format swap between 105.9 and 102.7 Detroit- Adult Urban contemporary and WDMK call sign moves from 102.7 to 105.9 and Urban/Hip Hop format moves from 105.9 to 102.7 with new call sign WHTD.
• 5/10/2001: FCC approves sale of WJZZ-AM 1210 Kingsley to Ft. Bend
• 2/2001: Announced that WJZZ-AM 1210 Kingsley/Traverse City is being sold to Fort Bend Broadcasting for $225,000
