Notes/History:

10/2011: Due to interference issues with Toledo's WIOT FM on 104.7, W284BQ 104.7 is forced off the air.

8/2011: W284BQ 104.7 granted a construction permit to change frequency to 93.9 as W230BT and decrease height to 33 from 925 feet. Windosr, Ontario's CIDR-FM also operates on 93.9 making it likely this is planned as part of multi-step process to change this translator's frequency.

4/2011: Both translators begin regular operations; W232CA 94.3 with Modern Rock format simulcasting WGPR-HD3 and W284BQ 104.7 with Smooth Jazz format simulcasting WGPR-HD2.

8/2010: Construction permit granted W284BQ 104.7 to change its location from Warren to Royal Oak Township, increase power from 50 to 250 watts, and change community of license to Detroit; license to cover granted 1/2011.
1/2010: Construction permit granted for W230BI to change community of license to Metamora, move south within Lapeer county, and increase power from 10 to 250 watts. The application states the translator would rebroadcast WCRZ-FM 107.9 Flint -- it is currently silent.

11/2009: Radio Power is acquiring FM translator W284BQ 104.7 Warren from Radio Assist Ministry for $40,000 pending FCC approval and closing. FCC approves sale in December 2009 and it closes in January 2010.

10/2009: FM translator W230BI 93.9 Lapeer has been sold by Edgewater Broadcasting to Radio Power for $50,000 pending FCC approval and closing; sale approved January 2010.
