• 8/2011: Construction permit granted to WGHN, Inc. for a new FM station to be licensed to Ferrysburg at 93.1. The Class A station would operate with 6,000 watts @ 213 feet from a tower located in Grand Haven in Ottawa County. WGHN won the frequency for $100,000 in an FCC auction held earlier this year.
• 6/2007: FCC approves sale of WGHN-FM/AM to Will Tieman
• 4/2007: Announced that WGHN-FM/AM are being purchased by Will Tieman from William Struyk and Ronald Mass for $1.15 million pending FCC approvals and closing.
