  • 8/2007: FCC approves the sale of WBNZ-FM 99.3 Frankfort to Kalil Holding Group; Roy Henderson eventually takes station back.
  • 6/2005: Format change from Hot Adult Contemporary "Today's Best Music" to Adult Contemporary "Soft Rock 99.3"
  • 5/15/2002: Construction permit granted to change ERP from 50,000 (H) to 27,000 watts, 410 to 571 feet, and tower location will move from between Frankfort and Benzonia to northern Manistee County, near Benzie County line. Permit later expires without being completed.
  • 8/2001: FCC approves sale from Crystal Clear to Fort Bend
  • 3/2001: Fort Bend owned WSRQ-FM 100.1 Bear Lake (now WCUZ) begins simulcasting WBNZ-FM
  • 3/2001: Announced that station is being sold from Crystal Clear Communications to Fort Bend Broadcasting
