  • 12/19/1994: Adult Contemporary format moves to FM 101.1 along with WQON call sign. Country WGRY-FM moves format and call sign to FM 100.3- replacing FM 100.1.
  • 1994: Station purchased by Gannon Broadcasting
  • 5/1985: Station purchased by Robert Ditmer
  • 11/6/1978: Signed on at 100.1 as WQON with an adult contemporary format; owners were Ernie Dawson, William Scheer, Wayne Hindmarsh, and Chris Vansteenhouse. Hindmarsh was formerly employed by WGRY AM in Grayling but left to help create WQON. Hindmarsh managed the station until it was sold to Robert Ditmer.
