- 10/2010: Construction permit granted to change power from 11 to 12 watts with a small relocation of the station's transmitter. License to cover granted 5/2011.
- 2001: Admonished by the FCC for airing what was determined by the agency to be advertising not allowed due to the station's status as Noncommercial Educational.
- 5/31/2001: Construction permit granted for changes: 11 to 9 watts ERP, 105 to 112 feet HAAT, slight location change from east to west of Woodward. Const permit eventually expires without being completed.
