  • 1991: Northern Radio purchases WJML-FM/AM Petoskey and eventually sells WJML AM to Rick Stone and donates WKLT AM 1420 to the Kalkaska Schools. WJML-FM becomes WKLZ and begins simulcast of Rock WKLT as 'Double Rock KLT'.
  • 1991: Move to 97.5 FM, power increase to 32,000 watts
  • 1982: Format change change to Album Oriented Rock as '98 KLT'
