Translator Notes/History:
- 9/2011: FM translator W221BQ 92.1 Petoskey granted a construction permit to move to FM 91.7, change location from south to west of Petoskey, reduce power from 26 to 1 watt, and change rebroadcasting station to WTCK FM 90.9. These changes could be temporary as one step of a multi-step change for the translator.
- 2009: W211BQ FM 92.1 translator changes from rebroadcasting WKHQ FM to WMKT.
- 6/2008: W221BQ begins rebroadcasting WKHQ, license granted to Great Lakes Community Broadcasting in July 2008.
- 3/2008: MacDonald Garber Broadcasting is purchasing the construction permit for W221BQ 92.1 Petoskey from Great Lakes Community Broadcasting for $1,500 pending FCC approval and closing. The FCC approves the sale in May, 2008. MacDonald Garber files for special temporary authority to rebroadcast its WMKT AM 1270 on FM 92.1.
