- 10/2010: W252BA 98.3 Chelsea granted construction permit to change power from 250 watts @ 59 feet to 120 watts @ 108 feet and a change location from west of Chelsea into Chelsea. The station has been operating with special temporary authority from its new location. Construction permit canceled in Feb. 2011.
- 9/2009: License to cover granted for changes to Kalamazoo translator.
- 10/2008: License to cover granted for changes to Battle Creek translator.
- 3/2008: Battle Creek translator granted construction permit to change location further north and change power from 120 to 80 watts.
- 4/2007: Construction permit for W299AV 107.7 Deerfield canceled.
