Edgewater at closing shall give AFA credit toward the purchase of FM translators, CPs or stations licensed to Edgewater in the amount of $80,000 and shall give AFA's Great Lakes Community Broadcasting credit toward the purchase of FM translators, CPs or stations licensed to Edgewater in the amount of $10,000. The deal is pending FCC approval.
