- 3/2001: AM 1570 drops simulcast for satellite fed Gospel format.
- 3/14/2000: FCC approves sale from Connoisseur to Cumulus.
- 11/29/1999: Announced that Cumulus will be acquiring Connoisseur Communications for $242 million.
- 12/20/1988: Majac of Michigan acquires stations from Reams Broadcasting and changes format from AOR to contemporary hits/top-40 on January 1, 1989. AM 1570 begins simulcasting FM 105.5.
- Early 1975: Reams Broadcasting purchases WWCK-FM/AM and takes WWCK-FM's format to full-time album oriented rock as "Flint's Best Rock".
- 12/5/1971: John W. Nogaj takes control of the station from the United Methodist Parish, new call sign is WWCK. WWCK was chosen to take advantage of the immense popularity of AM 800 CKLW Windsor, ON. The format of FM 105.5 was changed to Top 40 daytime and AOR at night.
- 1971: Sold by Methodist Radio Parish to after support is withdrawn by the United Methodist Church.
- 1964: On-air with beautiful music format as WMRP-FM becoming a sister station to Methodist Radio Parish original station, WMRP AM 1570.
