- 3/3/2008: Regular programming is launched as Country 92.7.
- 11/27/2007: Station begins test broadcasts with pre-recorded country music format and many requests for community feedback on the new station.
- 7/2007: Blackburn is granted FM 92.7 to be licensed to Leamington and will have a country format when it signs on. The call sign CJSP-FM is assigned to the station- the original call sign for what is now co-owned CHYR-FM was CJSP when that station began as an AM station in the 1950s.
