Notes:

  • Although licensed, none of these stations have ever shown programming except for a few test patterns. MS Communications was originally hoping to build a network of wireless cable stations both in Michigan and other places around the country, however this plan does not seem to be realistic. The Center for Public Integrity researched MS Communications and published a report on the status of the hundreds of licenses the organization holds.

  • Many of these stations are licensed at very low power (7 watts), and even if on-air would not cover much area.

  • Many of these stations also have applications on file to move - many of them out of Michigan.
