- 6/2009: Construction permit granted to increase effective radiated power from 200,000 watts @ 1043 feet to 600,000 watts at the same height.
- 4/16/2009: Regular programming on analog channel 56 ends as the station moves to digital-only regular broadcasts on Channel 43. Through the use of PSIP, digital television receivers display WTVS's virtual channel as 56.
