These 12 Michigan AM radio stations have filed applications for major changes to their facilities:

• WSNL 600 Flint: Proposes changing its city of license to Swartz Creek (Genesee County). The station's facilities would remain in Genesee County; Daytime power would be 450 watts, nighttime power would 380 watts using a directional signal at all times.

• WMII 650 Manistique (CP): Proposes changing its city of license to Traverse City and to move its facilities from Schoolcraft County to Grand Traverse County. The station would broadcast with 4,000 watts during the day and 170 watts at night using a directional signal at all times.
